Platform Role

Haymarket.farm is a listing and discovery platform. We connect hay and livestock feed sellers with potential buyers. We are not a party to any transaction that may result from a listing on this site.

We do not sell, buy, store, transport, inspect, or handle any hay, feed, or agricultural product listed on this platform. All listings are created by independent third-party sellers. All transactions — including negotiation, payment, pickup, and delivery — occur directly between buyer and seller, outside of this platform.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee, verify, or warrant:

• The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing information, including but not limited to hay type, quality data, test results, pricing, quantity, or availability
• The quality, condition, safety, or fitness for purpose of any product listed
• The identity, reliability, or trustworthiness of any seller or buyer
• That any transaction initiated through the platform will be completed to the satisfaction of either party

Hay quality metrics displayed on listings (such as RFV scores, protein content, and moisture levels) are provided by sellers and are not independently verified by Haymarket.farm. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting products and requesting laboratory test results before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haymarket.farm and Haymarket Farm LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from:

• Any transaction or interaction between users of this platform
• Reliance on information contained in any listing
• The condition or quality of any product purchased through contact made on this platform
• Any failure by a seller to deliver products as described
• Any failure by a buyer to complete a purchase

Your Responsibility

By using Haymarket.farm, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction
• You should independently verify all listing information, including product quality, before purchasing
• Any agreement you enter into with another user is solely between you and that user
• Haymarket.farm bears no responsibility for the outcome of any such agreement
